This summer I spent six weeks in Texas dancing at a summer intensive. I was practically dancing all day every day! I had the best time. I met so many great friends from all over the country, my teachers were fabulous, and I learned a ton! I would go back in a heartbeat. I LOVE Texas!
I lived in the dorms at TCU for five of the six weeks and enjoyed the college experience for the summer. It was a blast! I got to know the campus really well. I ate at the Blu (cafeteria) every day, I ran the stadium, I went to the fitness center, I danced in the campus studios every day, and I explored the campus almost every evening. It is such a special place.
Anyway, my family came down to Fort Worth and spent the last weekend with me there. We did all things TEXAS! The rodeo, the Stockyards, shopping, a visit to SMU, breakfast at the famous Ol’ South Pancake House, my FAVORITE smoothie bowls (Mamaka), several other restaurants, and a sweet treat with an old camp friend! It was a quick trip so that means a quick blog post, haha! Below are some links to the places we went!
