After two years of weekly meetings, journaling, reading, studying, afternoon coffees with my Shepherd, retreats, and then doing all of that through a pandemic, I finally was confirmed on Sunday! Even though we were masked, socially distanced, and our Shepherds couldn’t be there, it was such a special service and a day that I will remember for the rest of my life! I am so grateful to everyone who walked this journey of faith with me, especially my wonderful Shepherd. Thank you!
It is very typical that you wear a white dress for your Confirmation service, but neutrals are not really my thing. I was able to find the perfect white dress with multi-colored scolloped edges from Crosby by Mollie Burch. And of course, it came from my favorite Winston Salem store, Monkees of the Village. It’s called the Lydia Dress. I am absolutely in love with it! It could not match my personality any better! It is currently sold out, but I will link my entire fit below!
