My Fave Looks from January 2-7-22

Can you all believe that we are already a week into February?! We are 1/12 of the way through 2022! Wow. I have been in school for four weeks now, and have been dancing away! We have had tons of snow, ice, and sleet, Wake basketball games, a trip to Texas, a girls trip to Charlotte, lots of rehearsals, fun nights out with friends, and cozy nights in with family! January was so fun, but crazy busy too! Below I am sharing my top 10 looks from January. I took exactly 74 different outfit mirror pictures, so it was very hard for me to narrow it down to just these 10! I also included a variety of outfits from nights out to my dance and workout attire. Comment below which look is your favorite!!!

This is my church look from the last Sunday in January! I am wearing this cute BuddyLove dress with a fun yellow/orange and black print! It is a great winter fall and winter look for any occasion, even church! I love the cinched tie at the waist, the ruffles, and the blouse look around the neckline. I paired it with my Tecovas, the most comfortable cowgirl boots! They are the Annie style in the Sequoia color, which is just like a dark brown. I love then because they go with anything. And of course, I am wearing my favorite turtle shell earrings from Francesca’s and my gold BaubleBar bracelets and necklaces! Click HERE for the link to the boots. Unfortunately, the dress is sold out!
Headed to pilates! When I go to my Mega sessions on Saturdays, I am typically wearing leggings with some sort of crop top or long-lined bra. This is the Multi-Colored Good Karma Crop top from Free People. I cannot tell you how much I love it. It is so fun, colorful, and comfy, AND it doesn’t need a bra. I can’t seem to find this exact print on their website, but I did discover that is comes in 25 different solid colors. I am wearing the XS/S. With it, I am wearing the Offline Big Chill Seamless Legging by Aerie in the Tree Line color. I love that these leggings actually stay on my legs and I don’t have to constantly worry about them falling down! It runs true to size so I’m wearing the small. Click HERE for the link to the crop top and HERE for the link to the leggings!
I LOVE this workout fit! I am wearing my very favorite bra from Lululemon, the Free to Be bra in white. I am wearing a 4 which is equivalent to a small, so it fits true to size. I love the many criss-crosses in the back. It is a very simple bra, but so fun! It comes in several different colors and patterns as well. With it, I am wearing the new Way Home Joggers from Free People. I have several pairs of the Way Home shorts and they are great, but the pants are absolutely incredible! They are great pants for me to wear over my dance clothes because they are so easy to take on and off, and they are made from a material that doesn’t shed fuzz! I am wearing an extra small in the pants, which is actually a size down from what I wear in the shorts. They run a bit big and with more length, so one size down was perfect! If you do not have the shorts, I would still go down a size from what you normally wear. Click HERE for the link to the sports bra, and HERE for the link to the joggers.
This was my Wake basketball game day outfit a couple weeks ago! This top is from the Who What Wear brand from Target, and I will be linking a very similar top of that same brand! The black and old gold combo is perfect for Wake events. I also love the puff sleeves, the high neck, and the soft feel to it! I am wearing a small, so it fits true to size. I tucked in the top, but it could easily be worn untucked as well. I paired it with my all-time favorite black jeans from Free People. They are flared, and have the cutest sequin stars on the back! I am also wearing a small in them, but they are a little long for me so I put on my black wedges for some extra height. And a belt is always an accessory that brings the outfit together! This is my black belt from Francesca’s that I wear ALL THE TIME! Click HERE for the link to a similar top, and HERE for the link to the jeans!
This is me all dressed and ready for ballet class! I am wearing one of my favorite leotards from Yumiko. I love the colors, the fit, the style, the fabric, and of course the elegance of it. I wear a small in all of their leotards; they fit very similar to your typical clothing size. I paired it with my Bullet Pointe reversible trash bag pants that keep my legs warm before class. Again, these pants fit true to size! A fun tip I have learned now that I have a great collection of black and colorful leotards, is that they work great as bodysuits! I never need to wear a bra with them, they are tight-fitting, and often you would never find a bodysuit quite like these leotards! Click HERE for the link to the Yumiko website and click HERE to go to my trash bag pants! Ok, random question: would you all be interested in a blog post of styling leotards as bodysuits?!
Don’t you just LOVE this coat?! It is insanely fuzzy and soft! I found this on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale last year and I just knew I had to have it! It hits at the perfect length, not to long but not too short either, and it goes with everything. I am wearing this adorable shiny back dress from Contemporary Cottage with a two tiered base, and smocked waistline, and a bloused top! All of my favorite things mashed into one, haha! And then my shoes are a brown and black zebra print bootie from Belk. I definitely went with a more neutral look, which is not really my thing, but I like it every once and a while. Most of these exact items are not linkable, but they have some very similar items on their website! Go check it out!
By far one of my best workout looks, these pink scolloped leggings with my tie-die long-line sports bra! I wore this to one of my pilates classes, and it was a big hit! I love dressing cute even when I’m working out! Sadly, I found this set on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale last year, as well, so it is unavailable, but linked below are two very similar items! Click HERE for the link to a similar legging, and click HERE for the link to a similar sports bra!
This is the outfit I wore out in the snow, haha! I am obsessed with these ribbed flare leggings from Aerie! They are incredibly flattering, soft, and SO comfortable. This is the blue lion color, but they come in a variety of other colors as well. I took pictures in the outfit in the snow, but I definitely enjoyed it more all cozy in my house! Paired with it is the Purana Wrap Sweatshirt from Athleta. It is oversized for a drapey fit, with a hood, and thumb holes. It is definitely one of my favorite pieces of loungewear I own. I am wearing the small in both the pants and the sweatshirt. Click HERE for the link to the leggings, and HERE for the link to the sweatshirt!
This is the outfit I wore to dinner on Saturday night during my weekend in Texas. I had been waiting to find the perfect time to wear this jumpsuit, and I thought Texas could not be any more perfect! I am wearing the Amy Denim Jumpsuit by Free People in the Extra Small. I am 5′ 4″, so I had to get the legs hemmed up, but the rest of it fit very nicely. I love the puff sleeves, the cross overlay of the chest, and of course the open back! I paired it with my white booties from Altar’d State, my white star necklace from The Impeccable Pig, and my new favorite accessory, the Lele Sadoughi headband! I would have loved to have worn my cowgirl boots with it, but the heels weren’t quite high enough! Click HERE for the link to the jumpsuit and HERE for the link to the necklace! The necklace is sold out right now, but it should be coming back in stock soon.
I wore this outfit during our girls trip to Charlotte! This adorable burnt orange jumpsuit is from Francesca’s, but is completely sold out! I am linking a similar item from Nordstrom below. This color is great for fall and winter, paired with a fun coat and boots! This outfit could be worn on a night out or just a fun day in the city. I am wearing my white booties from Altar’d State and the most fun furry multi-color jacket from a local boutique in my town! My sister gave it to me for Christmas and I could not have been more excited to put it on! It is by French Connection, and is on sale right now. Go grab it before it runs out! And I sized down to the extra small, so I would recommend going down a size as well! Click HERE for the link to a similar jumpsuit. Click HERE for the link to the jacket!

Soak up every minute of February, it will be over before we know it! Happy shopping and I hope y’all enjoyed my top 10 favorites as much as I did!
