My Game Day Favorites! 9-3-21

Hey y’all! Happy Friday! And Happy September! Tonight I am heading to Wake Forest’s very first football game of the season, and I wanted to share my favorite game day finds. It almost feels like their first in TWO seasons because of how strange the schedule was last year. I am so glad we get to go back to tailgating and enjoying the game at full capacity!

I am Wake Forest born and raised. My grandparents went to Wake, my parents went to Wake, and ever since I was born, I have planned on going to Wake myself. My parents have brainwashed me lol. I went to my first Wake football game when I was 11 days old, and have been going non-stop to every home sporting event since then. I was a Junior Deacon Cheerleader for 4 years, and loved every minute of it. The campus is beautiful, the people are wonderful, and I just love everything about it.

Wake Forest has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Go Deacs!

Here are my favorite gameday finds for the season! The majority of my items came from Target, and a couple others from Francesca’s, Z Supply, Amazon, Natural Life, and Express. All of these items are comfortable, trendy, and affordable! I will link everything. Let’s dive in!

This is the Who What Wear Mini Jean Skirt (size small) from Target, and the Allie Long Sleeve Dolman Top Ivory (size small) from Francesca’s. They both run true to size. The jean skirt cinches at the waist with a tie-bow and pockets. The ivory top is made from a thin knit fabrication with lots of room in the sleeves, and a high neckline. This is the Wild Fable V-Neck Rib Knit Pullover Sweater (size medium) from Target, and the Wild Fable Mustard Button-Front Cord Mini A-Line Skirt (size small) from Target. I sized up for the sweater, it runs small, and the skirt fits true to size! I paired them with my black booties from Belk and my favorite Wake earrings and necklace. Accessories will be linked below. This is the Who What Wear Puff Elbow Sleeve T-Shirt (size small) from Target, and the Daisy Skort-Koch skirt dupe (size small) from Natural Life. They both run true to size. The top is made from a very soft material, and has fun puff elbow sleeves. The skort cinches at the waist, and is very flowy at the base. It looks exactly like a Koch skirt! This is the Classic Skimmer Crop Tee from Z Supply (size small), the Daisy Skort-Koch skirt dupe (size small) from Natural Life, and the black leather jacket with gold stars from Buddy Love (size small). They do not make this exact jacket anymore, so click HERE for a similar option from Amazon. All of these items fit true to size. This is the Wild Fable Short Sleeve Button-Front Woven Shirtdress (size small) from Target. This shirtdress runs true to size. I love how flowy it is. The material is very comfortable, and it’s so easy to throw on! I paired it with my black booties again, my gold star necklace, and black tassel earrings from Francesca’s. This is the Wild Fable Mustard Sleeveless Tiered Skater Dress (size small) from Target and the Faux Leather Moto Jacket (size small) from Express. It is 40% off right now! I love both of these pieces so much. They fit true to size, and I wore my black booties and gold jewelry with it. You can easily pair this leather jacket with almost anything!
