We at Elsie Gray Style™ pride ourselves on being a trusted and transparent online community for discussing cultural and fashion trends. We follow these simple principles and guidelines to ensure the information and content posted on our website fosters constructive and positive discussion. If you’re looking to troll us or someone else, this is not your place.

We moderate all comments posted on our site, and we retain complete discretion to post or delete any comments for any reason at any time.

We may use technology, filters, & algorithms to detect fraudulent content. If the Content does not pass technological review, it simply will not be posted.

We use human moderators to review content to determine if it meets our guidelines before it is posted.

We may require you to provide us with certain personal information before allowing you to submit content, comments, or other contributions to our online community.

We never edit or alter content submitted on our site, no matter how minor – we either allow the content to post as it was submitted, or we refuse to post it.

Please note that Elsie Gray Style uses the term “Content” to describe reviews, ratings, photos, awards, descriptions, bios and other user-submitted content. See our Terms of Use for a more complete explanation of what constitutes Content and how we treat it.

Content Guidelines

In order to provide useful, entertaining, and positive information, we ask you to follow these guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy their participation in our online community.

  • Keep it real. – We approve Content that offer insights that can only come from a real live human. If you want to engage in writing works of fiction, spreading gossip, or sharing falsehoods, we recommend you take a class in creative writing.
  • Take the high road. – We encourage a healthy and constructive discussion, rather than inflammatory language or provocations. Consider your audience and how best to convey your message, and remember that we will not post your comment if it is too hot!
  • Stay calm. – We realize talking about the latest trends can get you fired up, but we won’t approve Content that includes profanities, or any obscenities, aggressive, or discriminatory language that we consider unacceptable for our community. We reserve the right to report Content that suggests or threatens criminal or unlawful behavior to the proper authorities, if necessary.
  • Help others. — RealRecruit is about sharing information that helps the entire community. We may reject Content that does not relate to an Athletic Department, is too vague or specific be usefule or contextualized, or are otherwise not useful or meaningful to our community. We will reject any Content meant as an advertisement or containing a web link.
  • Be original. – We will not post content that appears to be copied or quoted from other sources, including (but not limited to) websites, e-mail correspondence, other comments, etc. without proper attribution. Don’t even think about posting someone else’s content that may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Remember your grammer grammar. – Your writing doesn’t have to be perfect, but we expect you to make an effort. Please do not use excessive capitalization or punctuation, poor grammar and/or spelling, improper formatting, nonsense words, repeated words or filler characters. Plus, you never know who might be reading what you post!
  • Protect your data. – There is a difference between providing insight and sharing social security numbers. Do not submit Content that reveals anyone’s confidential information… including your own!
  • Be careful when posting photos. – A picture is worth a thousand words, and we welcome your photo submissions. But please, do not post screenshots
  • photos of marketing material, logos or websites
  • portraits of other individuals without their consent
  • photos of anyone in a healthcare setting
  • photos that disclose confidential information
  • photo captions must also be considered appropriate in accordance with our Content Guidelines.
  • Reproduction of content. – If you post something on our site, you are agreeing that we may use the it however we want, and by doing so you are granting us a limited license to use your works that may be subject to copyright protection.
  • No solicitations. – We post sponsored content on this site, and our we value our relationship with our sponsors. We will delete any content that attempts to promote goods or services that we have not approved in advance. If you are sales or marketing rep or a talent agent, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll talk about whether we can work together!

This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the “Policy”), updated as of October 8, 2020, is effective immediately for all users.

Elsie Gray Style™ has created this Privacy and Cookie policy in order to explain how we process information that we receive via our website, as opposed to information that we may collect through other channels, such as information collected offline, from other websites, or from emails you send us.

We collect the information you provide to us. Please be aware that whenever you submit information to register as a user or post content, you are providing us with some of your personal information. The personal information we collect from you may vary depending on how you interact with our website.   • Interacting with other community members.

1.1 Personal Information That We Request.

  • addition information we may need to verify that you are, in fact, a human person.

Our website also allows users to submit information through the entry of free-form text. Once you have registered with us, we will never ask you for your password. Please create a unique password for and do not use it for any other web services or applications. Privacy of Minors. We recognize that some users may be under 18 years of age (“Minors”). Be aware that minors may be subject to certain protections and restrictions, depending on their governing jurisdiction.
